• Trespass with lethal intentSubject sustained multiple injuries during arrest. Required field treatment under restraint. Detained at North Valkian Internment pending assessment of cultural risk markers associated with Northern lineage.Initial detainment scheduled for two months. ASSAULT WITH DEADLY INTENT

Subject involved in no fewer than four (4) physical confrontations with fellow inmates and appointed guards with 27 days of detention. Final altercation occurred during transfer to solitary confinement. Guardsman Isiah Higgs sustained compound sternal fracture and multiple human bite wounds. Following extended medical leave, Guardsman Higgs was formally discharged from duty.Subject forcibly sedated and relocated to higher security wing. Sentence extended by 18 months pending civil charges raised by Guardsman Higgs. REPEATED VIOLENCE & DISRUPTION  
Date of Incident: 12th Harrowing, 1626Incident Report:
Subject identified as instigator in repeated incidents of violence, destruction of facility property, verbal threats to staff, and failure to comply with protocol. Subject placed under restraint when in general holding to prevent further incidents.Sentence extended to minimum of Firstide, 1635, with eligibility for labour-transfer to reduce sentence per 'good behaviour' reviews. Behavioural record flagged as a transport risk for movement to external facility pending approval of labour-transfer order. ESCAPE DURING TRANSFER  
Date of Incident: 3rd Reflection, 1630Subject escaped custody during overland transfer to penal labour compound in East Valkian holdings. Convoy ambushed en route near known Greatling Clan land; Three escorts confirmed injured, one missing. Subject's status remains FUGITIVE. Pursuit suspended due to terrain instability and recapture efforts of other fleeing prisoners.Notice placed via appropriate channels to maintain alert until subject is recaptured or confirmed deceased. Standing order for capture alive placed.
